Vendor Application

Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at Lynn Family Farm, LLC.  You must give a detailed description of your items.  Vendor fees are $35 for a 12 x12 booth and $50 if you need power.

Food Truck vendor fees are $100. You must be licensed to sell in Candler County.

Prepared Food vendors: All food products must be produced in a safe clean environment and must have appropriate labeling, including allergen statement. Foods produced under a Cottage Food license must be shelf stable and not require refrigeration. It is the responsibility of the vendor to ensure that their products meet all federal, state, and local regulations. All permits must be submitted via email to lynnfamilyfarm24@gmail.com.

We will review your application, and closer to the event information and a map will be sent to you closer to the date.

Vendor Information:

Vendors will have a 12’ x 12’ booth. Vendors are responsible for providing chairs, tables, and/or any booth exhibit items.  Set up will be allowed from 7:30am to 10am on the day of the event or the afternoon of the day before the event.  In the event vendors set up the day before, it will be at your own risk.  Lynn Family Farm, LLC will not be responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen merchandise.  Each vendor is required to be open the duration of the event.  Each vendor must read and have a signed waiver on file for any event they are participating in at Lynn Family Farm, LLC.
