Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at Lynn Family Farm, LLC. Please give a detailed description of your items. Vendor fees are $45 for a 12 x12 booth and $60 with power.
Food Truck vendor fees are $100. You must be licensed to sell in Candler County.
Prepared Food vendors: All food products must be produced in a safe clean environment and must have appropriate labeling, including allergen statement. Foods produced under a Food license must be shelf stable and not require refrigeration. It is the responsibility of the vendor to ensure that their products meet all federal, state, and local regulations. All permits must be submitted via email to lynnfamilyfarm24@gmail.com.
We will review your application. Once approved, closer to the event, information and a map will be sent to you.
You have until 20 days prior to the event to withdraw your application and receive a full refund. After that, no refunds are available. Events will be rain or shine, unless it is an extreme weather event. In the event we must cancel, refunds will be available or we can hold fees until the next event if you choose to participate.
Please select a booth type, quantity, and submit payment with this application. Applications submitted without payment will be not be accepted.
